  • Yes, the Enfamil app, articles, tracking features and all benefits of Enfamil Family Beginnings are free.
  • There are two main ways to earn rewards points:
    1. Enfamil Product Purchase
      Enfamil Family Beginnings members can earn points on the purchase of qualifying products on Enfamil.com or the Enfamil app, as well as at our online and offline retail partners via receipt scan which is easier through the Enfamil app! You will receive points once your purchase is verified.
    2. Interactive Activities
      Earn points for engaging in available activities listed in the rewards dashboard in the Enfamil app. Your rewards points will generally show up within 24 hours.

  • Upload a photo of your receipt(s) from your Enfamil purchase easily in the Enfamil app. A receipt image must be submitted for each purchase. Receipt date must be within the last 30 days. Once your receipt/UPC has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for processing. If there are any issues, please contact us at 1-800-BABY123. You can check the receipt scan status in your “Dashboard” under the “Receipt Scan History” section. If your receipt is rejected, please visit our common reasons for receipt scan rejections.

  • To redeem a reward, navigate through the prizes listed in the Rewards sections of your Dashboard. Once you use your available points to redeem a reward, you’ll receive a code to apply on the designated website. Follow the provided instructions/links to complete your redemption. Rewards points expire 365 days from the date they are added to your account. If you have any issues redeeming your code, please contact us at 1-800-BABY123.

  • For most devices, visit your Settings app and locate the Notifications section. Tap on the Enfamil app to toggle on or off push notifications. Alternatively, in the Enfamil app, tap the profile icon, scroll to Subscriptions, tap Push Notifications, toggle on or off, then Save.
    Tip: Keep notifications on so you never miss surprise drops, exclusive offers, rewards updates, and more!
